What Superthotics return policy?

We hope that you'll love your Superthoitcs experience but in the event, you need to return them, our Superthotics are backed by our unconditional 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

If, within 30 days of receiving your Superthotics, you are not thrilled with your results, simply return them for a complete refund of your purchase price (less shipping and processing).

The item(s) must be returned regardless if they are opened or not. Before returning the item, you must obtain a Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA number) by calling 1-800-205-7445. The RMA number must be visibly written on the outside of the return box so the return can be processed by our returns department.

Please note that no refunds will be issued for returns without RMA numbers on the outside of the box.
